See, Move, and Imagine

  • 53rd Street Library 18 West 53rd Street New York, NY, 10019 United States (map)

Join Broken Box Mime on an invisible adventure! A speaking host will guide even the youngest theater-goers through an afternoon of physical storytelling with NYC's favorite mimes. The cast will perform three different non-speaking stories, each taking place in wonderful and wild locations. After the show, we’ll teach kids how to mime from their seats and take questions from the crowd on how we make art with our bodies.

No registration required. Designed for lower elementary and their families, but all ages welcome.

  • Audience: Children, Pre-schoolers (3-5 years), School Age (5-12 years), Families, Parents/Caregivers

  • ASL interpretation and real-time (CART) captioning available upon request. Please submit your request at least two weeks in advance by emailing accessibility@nypl.org.
