Nick has been a big fan of Broken Box Mime for several years and is thrilled to be a part of the company. He’s also performed at UCB, the PIT, the Muse, the Duplex, 59E59, Geva Theatre, Denver Center, and The Kennedy Center. When speaking, Nick is a voice over artist with the Spoken Layer and can be heard reading the news on launch.co or Time Magazine’s new smartphone app. This summer, Nick performed in a live, two-man and one foley artist, shot-for-shot remake of Jurassic Park.

When did you first encounter/learn about mime?

I saw BKBX's show "It's All in Your Head" at the Kraine Theatre in 2012. There was a piece in that show about two friends who see each other on the street and launch into a crazy elaborate handshake that takes them to space and heaven and hell. I was so along for the ride. Every new thing made me just giggle. It was so silly and had such a wonderful joyful energy.

If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?

Speak multiple languages.

What’s your favorite mode of transportation?

Bicycle!

If you could be any fictional character, who would you choose?

Han Solo.
